I’ve been staying here when visiting clients in Greensboro for 10+ years. While the faces have come and gone, the quality of service — behind the desk, in the restaurant, etc — is always top notch. That tells you ownership is a big factor in driving consistency. The sustainability angle is a nice bonus. But it’s not enough to sustain (no pun) repeat business. Always recommend Proximity. Their sister Property, O’Henry, while a very different vibe, is cut from the same cloth.

I love having conference here every year the staff is above par, and the rooms are amazing. I recommend dinning on site as well, bravo to the best hidden treasure in Greensboro.

Wonderful room and most excellent service. Staff is attentive but not intrusive. The hotel is quiet and beautiful. It is attached to the Print Bistro which is outstanding. Loved it!!!! Amenities are wonderful and the rooms are very quiet. Highly recommend as a splurge!

My wife and I spent a night here and ate supper at the Print Bistro restaurant. Booking, check-in, room service, check out was easy and efficient. The hotel was quiet in the rooms, but pleasant and airy in the indoor and outdoor lounge areas. Staff all friendly and helpful. The room had huge window, a useful full-length shelf, plenty of storage space, comfortable bed, and spacious bathroom. In-room breakfast was on tome and well done. I really have no complaints. This is a perfect setting for dinner-and-spend-the-night. We’ll come back and do it again.

Guest Relations from the time of booking, after booking and after arrival was great. I was contacted a week prior to arrival and asked if I had any special requests. I have received emails from prior hotels, but never a personal call. I was very impressed with the hotel itself also, including the restaurant and bar.

The facility was so amazing and the customer service was excellent despite the sweltering heat. Highly recommended!!!
