The room is old, the windows are broken, and the air conditioner and refrigerator are so noisy that you can't sleep, so you can only turn them off. I will never stay in a hotel like this again. The room will not be cleaned for you. The service is really bad. It’s really bad!

My stay was not a good experience at this hotel. I came in the evening after my soccer tournament on Saturday to rest and be ready for my next day. NO hot water in the shower. I texted back the service, but no one replied. I took a cold shower that night. I could not take a shower in the morning because still no hot water. I talked to the receptionist in the morning when I checked out. She told that manager will contact me. But until now, I did not hear back from anyone. Horrible service. I do not recomend this hotel.

Bed comfortable enough, pillows flat and lumpy, bathroom atrocious - cracked sink, patched bath tub and no shower curtain so water went everywhere. Had to use all the towels to mop up water. Front staff was friendly and accomodating. Breakast was barely minimal. A bagel and small cup of yogurt. Coffee and juices were good

Condition of the room/bath was terrible. The sink had cracks all over it, the tub was "patched" in several places, there was no shower curtain so the water went everywhere on the floor, toilet seat was an improper fit and nearly tossed you off the toilet. room/bath was reasonably clean, never rec'd any bed service for the 3 days I was there. I made my own bed using same sheets, fresh towels were provided but nothing else. The coffee make didn't work,

The bed was really comfortable. The room was very clean. Water pressure was ok, but it could have been stronger. Ice machine was only on the 1st floor. The hotel was located in a good area for food and for shopping. Overall it was a good place to spend the night and feel safe too.
