If I could give 0 stars to this hotel, I would. We booked a room with a pullout couch and two queen beds for a family of 6. When we got to our room, there was no bedding nor pillows provided for the pullout couch, so my husband went down to the desk to ask for some. The person working the desk told him she did not have access to linens- no towels, sheets, pillows for the two guests sleeping on the pullout. Gross. He spent about 20 minutes trying to help the employee trouble shoot this issue and in the end all she could suggest was that we rent another room for the night in addition to the suite. We had to leave and find another place to stay. The hotel was run down, and the room was in poor condition and dirty. In the end, the hotel refused a refund because when we checked in we had "signed" that we accepted the conditions we found. No sheets, no pillows and no towels for two paying guests is not acceptable! We had (wrongly) assumed upon check in that the hotel knew their guests wanted to sleep. Do not stay here!
