Robbin needs a rise she has the best customer service also the hotel is very clean and pillows are very fluffy so book your hotel now you will enjoy

Mrs . Robin is absolutely the best ! This place has really turned around since the last time I was here . She is so sweet and my baby girl loves seeing her in the morning for breakfast. The coffee is always hot and the Belgian waffles are great ! The shower is one of the best. The water is ALWAYS hot no matter how busy the hotel is. Every room has a fridge and microwave, at some hotels you pay extra for that. This place is also pet friendly, and Mrs robin is always walking the property making sure her guests are comfortable, she is why we choose this redroof over the Colosseum location .

Need a makeover
The hotel is dated and all the rooms smell stale and smoke.
They need to do a deep clean and deodorizing.
The staff is very friendly and do as much as they can to keep you satisfied.

Upon arrival I was informed I would be in a non smoking room however bleach was used to mask the smell. They offered to move me into another room, but it was in the back of the hotel and I did not feel comfortable being in the back as a solo traveler. The level of cleanliness, I had to request for someone to do a through cleaning as the bath tub had hair in it, the toilet was not cleaned, the floor wasn't swept or mopped.

When I first got there the key wouldn’t work for my room. Got into another room which was none smoking also, first thing I see when I walk in is burn holes in the bed spread.. Walk in the bathroom and there’s a half a blunt in the floor.. Tv old and dark you can’t watch tv in the daytime…
