The hotel was easy was close to the airport, which was a plus. Everything in the room was clean and the breakfast was excellent!

This was a business trip. I usually stay at Hyatts as they are usually very good. Unfortunately this Hyatt does not meet their usual standards. Upon checking in they were unable to properly handle the reservation (a new experience with Hyatt) and I was forced to use my personal card for the room, which changed the rate to a higher amount. Strike 1. The rooms were substandard and in the morning i discovered ants in the bathroom. I asked the front desk to either move me or have the ants taken care of. They did neither (it was obvious no one, housekeeping etc. had not even been in the room) Strike 2. The morning breakfast was mostly uneatable. Luckily there were no clean utensils, knifes forks spoons, to find out what the mystery meat posing as sausage was so I was spared the possibility of food poisoning. Strike 3. I will still stay at Hyatts, as the dozens I have been at over the last year have all been great. Just DO NOT recommend this one.

We stayed here just for one night to break up a long drive and it was fine. Not great and not bad. When we checked it there seemed to be only 1 person working and was running front desk to drop things off in rooms. The lobby is small but cute. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet wasnt open at the time it should’ve been even once it opened, it wasnt that great. The hotel is in a great area right off the highway in an area with many restaurants and shops

The staff is wonderful! They are friendly and attentive. The rooms are very clean and have everything you may need. I love the LVP floors with a accent rug. Hotels with wall to wall carpet seem to be designed for overall appearance more than cleanliness. The breakfast is very complete with multiple choices of hot foods and healthy fresh fruits. Always inviting and well displayed.

We stayed here while on a college visit in the area. The bed was so comfortable that we did not want to get up. The pillows could use some revamping however because they are so small and soft. There are also plenty of food options within a 5 min drive.

We were traveling with family and this was a terrible hotel. Shabby and in poor condition. My husband had to help the hotel manager fix the elevator so the doors would open again. The beds were all uncomfortable, the tiles were falling off the walls in the bathroom. Do not stay here.

Clean rooms, nice property. Breakfast very good but for the coffee, which is terrible. Suggest that the hotel install a K Cup machine.
