The location was decent. The staff who checked me in seemed new to the job. The internet wasn’t working and I was told by the front desk to call customer service. CS told me it would be an hour. An hour and a half later I called CS again and they asked if I had spoken to the front desk. Eventually internet was restored. The carpet in the room was damp, the refrigerator was sticky, one of the drawers had trash in it and there was an awful loud mechanical noise all night. That said, at first glance the room is very big and nice looking

Absolutely would stay here again! The kids had the pool all to themselves and it was directly across from the Grasshoppers field, so super convenient. We’ll definitely be back!

The guest lobby is fabulous and I was greeted warmly by Front Desk Staff. She was funny, knowledgeable, and personable and knew all of the relevant info on hotel policy and what is nearby. The hotel is just steps away from dining and night life and in a safe area next to the downtown baseball stadium. Rooms were immaculate and well appointed! We had a quiet and comfy stay throughout and will absolutely be back!

Hotel was nice, staff was nice and helpful at check in. our room was nice and I appreciated that we had a small fridge, pool was nice with a pretty view of the baseball field. However, breakfast could have been better. All cheap options and the eggs tasted like fish.

We stayed overnight here on our way to Florida. We were extremely happy with the clean, well appointed rooms. The staff was very friendly, parking was on site and convenient. The hotel was quiet and breakfast was a typical free buffet but good.

The staff at the Hyatt were great. Taylor who checked us in made sure that the room was all that we needed for our stay. Then Senorra who assisted with sergving our meal was such a joy filled host. She made us feel right at home. It was truly a blessing to be at the Hyatt. We even had the opportunity to see two games at the park across the street and the fireworks thereafter.

If you are interested in a clean hotel where there is NOT noise and ample parking this is the hotel to book. The staff are true professionals. I will definitely stay here again to get out of the hustle and bustle. The hotel offers breakfast and even has a small bar.Give them a try!
