The room was fine and the desk staff was nice. However the wifi required so much personal information I am worried it was a scam. The most disturbing thing is because I booked with ******* I did not get Hilton Honors points. In order to get Hilton Honors points at this hotel you have to pay about 15 percent more. That isn't worth it to this CPA

2 days into our 5 day 4 night stay our window was busted out of our car. Here for NSO. Not knowing anyone here, and 10 hours from home we were hoping the Hotel GM/Manager would been a little more flexible and passionate about our bad experience.we were just a number and our stay was charged when we checked so our problem no loss for hotel. Because our NSO schedule didn’t fit into her typical work schedule we never spoke face to face with her. No compassion or anything for inconvenience . A 10 hour trip home with plastic wrap on our door. However I will say the kitchen lady was so compassionate and helped as much as she could.
