After checking in, the front desk gave me two cash coupons for in-room dinner, each worth $25. I can use them directly to deduct them. It's convenient. There is a gallery downstairs. If you are interested in art, you can go there.

We’re truly sorry to share our disappointing stay at Grandover Resort, hoping our feedback improves future experiences. Check-in assigned us an occupied room; afternoon calls to the front desk from the lobby phone went unanswered, leaving us stranded. Moved to another room, we found unclean sheets with makeup and blood stains—heartbreakingly unsanitary. Our linen requests were ignored; a male customer service agent hung up, claiming a visit to the room which was the wrong room. Staff later brought unneeded coffee supplies for no reason further confusing the situation. After voicing concerns, the manager moved us again for the third time. The pool was closed due to weather, and the spa had no availability or accommodations offered. Room service was kind to our son, food was satisfactory at the restaurant , golfing was cool and the evening manager’s apologies definitely showed effort in her part. Sadly, we can’t recommend Grandover but wish them well.

I spent an entire weekend at the Grandover. We booked spa experiences, golf, and dining while there. The only item they got correct the entire weekend was billing. The service of every part of the part was on par with a Motel 8. The level of entitlement on the entire staff was something I can't comprehend. The staff acted like they were doing me a favor by providing me room keys or the wait staff taking my orders. This is an issue originating from management. Please save yourself $300+ a night and stay somewhere else.

A wonderful experience. The room was perfect - large quiet room. Excellent facilities well designed workout facilities and pools. The restaurant was outstanding. The golf course was fun, fair and challenging. We liked it so much that we came back a second time.

Awesome lobby, this is a really nice property and is well taken care of, shows a little age in some parts but overall it offers an upscale feel and look that is priced really low for what this hotel has to offer.

The perfect location for a relaxing getaway. The pool is kept very clean. There were plenty of chairs to choose from in shade or out of shade. I appreciate there are cabanas that are first come, first serve.
