Though this affordable, carefully-maintained property offers several advantages to business and leisure travellers alike.... ....what really "sets it apart" is this: The willingness of its very personable owner-operators to to accomodate nearly any non-outrageous request for a small (yet difference-making) favor. Park Inn/Linton is a hidden gem.

We have stayed here a number of times over the years. This wonderful couple purchased this motel about 6 years ago. It was getting run down with the last owners but this couple has breathed new life into it. As the other reviews state, it is a bit dated but what would you expect from a small town motel built in the 1980”s? The single most important thing is, IT’S CLEAN! We rented two rooms, one for my wife and I, and one for our sons. Zero complaints. If you’re expecting major chain amenities, stay at a major chain. If you want a good night’s sleep, awesome shower and a clean place to stay with a reasonable price, this place won’t steer you wrong.

I couldn't ask for a better experience from the staff's friendliness and services. Great priced room! Very clean as well. It's been more than a pleasure spending time here. They always kept the room extremely clean for me and were more than easy to work with
