Huge resort that never felt so big! Pools all over beach front beautiful! So many bars to choose from. Restaurants serving such amazing food! Rooms very spacious with amazing views. The staff, I can’t say enough about them! So nice always making sure that our trip was going well. Would definitely go back!

Being relatively new, the resort was super chill, clean and beautiful. We loved the snorkeling excursions offered through Scuba Caribe (did them twice!) and everyone was super friendly and fun to talk to.
Pretty much the only issue we had was with the elevators on the adult side seemed to be out of service a lot which was a little annoying with us being on the 4th floor. Minor inconvenience otherwise the resort is built to be very accessible and are very accommodating when you need help.
Negril Beach is only a 15 min drive away so you can easily spend the day there and access other activities. We had a great week just relaxing. We'd definitely recommend this place for those looking for a chill resort.

I had a platinum swim up suite. It was beautiful! My butler, Thornille, went above and beyond constantly (including getting me a very personal/emotional) gift for my birthday. I never needed to ask him for anything since he was anticipating everything I would want or need before I knew that I needed it. The rest of the staff was incredible as well. Bartenders are friendly and efficient. I did have a few hiccups at check in and throughout my stay, but no one is perfect and they did everything they could to rectify the situations as they occurred. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone! And if you get Thornille as a butler, tell him I said hi!

The resort is beautiful. Very clean and all the staff is very friendly. Tajay is fantastic as a fitness instructor who teaches water aerobics. Great class. The only bad thing was the excursion we took they told us would be 3 hours total to get thereand come back. It was 6, 3 there and 3 back. Not cool.
