I don’t think they have a manager or supervisor that works there, terrible experience. Told by 3 different employees that I would be called by the manager… still waiting and have checked out already. Charged for a room that they rented out to someone else despite my reservation having been paid in full ahead of stay and even calling a day ahead to confirm. So… just be prepared that you may not have a room when you get there or be refunded. I have never experienced something like this at any hotel.

The staff was awesome !! Very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and very comfortable. It was a perfect 3 day stay for myself under unfortunate circumstances.
