I wasn’t told at checkout that I needed to change color of our wristband bands and we were in the pools for 4 hours before it was noticed. I had a 5 year old I was watching in the lazy river when life guard watching lazy river told me I needed to leave. I’m trying to explain I was told I could stay as long as I wanted, plus yell for the 5 year old and I told the guy I would go up to front desk. On my way up I ran into Jackson manager of the lifeguards. Very nice young man. He heard me tease my niece we were rule breakers. I early thanked him and his staff for all their hard work. He asked if he could help. I explained I had no idea I had to change color of wrist band and it’s my first time here. I had already checked out and I hoped it wasn’t too late. He assured me there would be no issues. I went to front desk and stood in a long line. Jackson came upstairs for something saw me in line and got my wrist bands so I didn’t have to wait. What a wonderful experience! Jackson is awesome! He truly cares about the customer experience! Thanks Jackson!
Earlier I took my niece to gift shop, she found a little Ty beanie purse. The strap had metal links on it but it was broken. The manager actually offered to replace it with something else but my niece had her heart set on that and it was last one. This manager fixed it good as new!! Top notch service by these two men!

We had to wait 3 hours for our room to be ready when we were told it was supposed to be done at 4pm. The water was grey and the slide water water was brown. The chlorine was really high and burned our eyes. There was only 1 waterpark which was really small. The deepest the pool went was 4ft. The beds were stained and the bathroom door was broken. The breakfast was bad, and expensive for no good. This was a waste of money, please dont spend it here. 1000$ wasted on bad customer service.

I almost cancelled because of the horrible reviews but we decided to give it a try and I’m so glad we did! This place is amazing for families. Our room was clean, sure it’s outdated but for the price we were paying I wasn’t expecting modern or perfect amenities. The beds were soft and comfortable. Check in was a breeze with no wait. The waterpark is amazing. So much to do for little to big kids. Splash pad inside and out! Tube slides for single and double riders. Hot tub (outside one was closed), lazy river etc. I was pleasantly suprised there was a canteen that served things like hot dogs and pizza and even alcohol. It was perfect because we didn’t even have to leave for supper. The pool was clean, no issues there! Overall we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back if we’re ever in the area.

Was told we would have a pool and hot tub and there wasn't even a pool. Went for breakfast and the prices said $17 and got charged $30 a plate, worst food ever outrageous prices. I would rather drive 3 hours to go to the Dells than drive the 1 hour drive to go there. Worse place ever do NOT go here we will NEVER go back

I went with both family and 2 friends. The waterpark was great I loved the hot tub and the pool. The hotel room was great. We had cake. I slept upstairs. It was great. Please support the staff because they were amazing. It was a wait. But it was still good!! I would go to this place all the time for birthdays and fun!!
