The front desk person was missing, and there weren't any bells to ring for service. we were waiting for over 10 minutes before a housekeeping staff came by and helped us. The check-in process was a pain, I'd pre-paid the 2 rooms online with trips.com, and the receptionist kept insisting that rooms were not paid and my credit card was declined. I had to pull up my emails with paid receipt and booking confirmation. The hotel still insisted that I call trips.com to allocate the funds to the hotel. I'd used trips.com booking the past 2 years traveling to Asia and never had any experience like this. It was an annoying and weird check-in process with Delta Hotel.

Do not recommend this establishment whatsoever! We had booked a room months in advance for our sons tournament just to get there and them inform us they canceled our reservation without notifying us and having no record of why it was canceled! All they could tell us is their old supervisor who was no longer employed there is the one who canceled it. They refused to accommodate us and said they were over booked so there was nothing they can do. Very frustrating and of course due to the tournament all other hotels were booked as well.. beyond infuriating and unprofessional.

I stayed here for the 2025 NFL Draft. The hotel is basic. The room had only one bath towel. The room was relatively large with a sitting area, desk, and second television. Instead of a lounge, The Pantry on the top floor is stocked with light snacks and soft drinks. During breakfast there are a few bagels and cereal. We went to a restaurant for breakfast. There is a Culver’s across the street and multiple other hotels along the street. The staff is friendly.

The slide was not in use as the lifeguard called in. That was the main reason for booking. Our room was not clean. The floors were sticky, the dresser drawer was broken, the bathroom door did not lock, and the room keys did not work. We have stayed there a few times over the years but the cleanliness and amenities have gone downhill. We will not be returning

Our first room had a broken sink drain that dumped water all over your feet. We had to go back down to the lobby with our luggage to get keys for our new room. We walked into our new room and it smelled like chlorine because the room window opened into the pool area.
The. Pool area was very loud which made our room loud, but the pool area did close at 10 and it was enforced.
