Quiet and clean room. Beds were comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Close to restaurants and shopping. Overall great night stay.

The stay was pleasant the employees very receptive. They should be informed that what the deposit sign says is not entirely true. It reads that your deposit will be refunded upon check out . Yes it refunded but not directly to the customer. It the deposite is released but not into the card but someone else's pocket and it could take 24 hours and up to two weeks before it goes back on the card which in my opinion is ridiculous. Seriously two weeks. Customers should be made aware of this fact and not when checking out but checking in. I mean the money is taken out immediately upon check in. It should be refunded in the same manor. Why the delay....yes I'm asking why the delay I would like to know.

Breakfast was awesome! Eggs n sausage, biscuits and gravy, mini waffles, cereal, yogurt, honeybuns, English muffins the works! Our room was for handicapped and we didn't ask for that but our friend did?!

First time in Greeley, Co and didn’t research where to stay just took advice from local family. Hotel is fine for one night but it’s a 2 star hotel at best. It’s a tired hotel that needs a facelift.

Bed and pillows were much needed after a long week of work and not much rest. Everything worked properly, nobody was too loud, and the front desk receptionist was very friendly and beautiful. I fully recommend this hotel and will definitely book here again

Do not recommend
We were on the bottom floor. The bathroom door didn’t shut, there was a dog barking constantly, and our door handle to the outside the room was broken. I did not feel safe at all. We ended up leaving and staying in a different hotel.

The workout room was just another room with two machines.
The biscuits and gravy was cold.
I could hear the people in the room above.
Trash trucks came at 4:30 am. Ugh
