We stayed at this Hampton Inn with a large group, spending several thousand dollars per day during our visit. Despite the size of our group and our clear commitment to the hotel, we often felt ignored and undervalued. One of our rooms had ants, which was obviously concerning. We brought it to the attention of the general manager, who assured us that some Hilton Honors points would be applied as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, that never happened, and there was no follow-up. Also, the rooms are only surface clean, look in the corners. When we returned to the area for a three-month stay with 10 people, we chose a different hotel—and had a significantly better experience elsewhere. It’s a shame, because we had hoped to build a long-term relationship with this location, but I suppose the Hampton Inn doesn’t need the business.

We came to town for a state golf tournament and choose the Hampton Inn as a result of positive experiences at other Hilton properties. We checked in digitally and in person upon arrival for a two night stay. At 3:45 am of the 1st night, we were sound asleep (as most are at 3:45 am) the front desk agent calls the room demanding we come down to the front desk to give her our credit card for payment. We asked if we can settle this in the normal morning hours and she said that was not an option. We already checked in, gave our card and received the keys. Furthermore, we were staying 2 nights which could have been easily handled the next day. In all of my years of traveling for business or personal, had this ever happened. The desk agent was completely unprofessional, not customer focused, and belligerent. Always good to have a heads up what you are walking into. As we thought through this, this very easily could have been a scam and someone trying to rob us upon exiting the room or in the elevator at this hour. Nope…it was the hotel staff demanding a credit card for payment at 3:45 am.

Ok but needs some updates!
Service was awesome- pillows were uncomfortable no matter how many you stacked up, breakfast was ok but free;) and the noise coming thru the closed windows was loud - windows need replaced. Also barn doors on bathrooms had no stop so you could see thru cracks of door and pinched hands in door. Otherwise ok place to stay.

The pool was closed for maintenance!! That was the only reason i booked it! I had to go to a different Hotel! Now I'm trying to get my money back from *******! I have been trying to get a refund for 5 days ! I keep getting hung up on! ******* customer service is completely USELESS

Staff was very helpful and friendly . The towels were smaller than a normal size towel . But overall would stay again and everything was as expected . Breakfast was good as well!
