Grand Heritage Resort

We stayed in Grand Heritage for one night during a Buss. Trip. Its a nice property with clean rooms. But staff's response time was very slow. Secondly, breakfast was also average and cold food was served even after requests.

Room service: 5/5 food : 5/5 cleanliness : 5/5 atmosphere :5/5 must stay. All facilities are provided as they wrote in narrative. Room service and food service are very fast!

It was excellent experience in terns of services, decoration, lighting, and snacks and food. I celebrated my 25th anniversary on 10th february in glass house with 90 guests. Mr. Arpit has organised the ambiance perfectly. We would like to celebrate our next event with heritage if any.

We booked the Grand Heritage Resort for all the functions to be held on 12, 13 Feb with 45 rooms on 5th Nov for my sister in law's wedding. From that day till the checkout day, I can't thank enough to Mr. Arpit (GM) who has been like a brother to me in each step taken from 0 to 100. He made sure for each and everything making to be perfect and our show to be a great success. The property is so beautiful and huge with neat and clean rooms, 2 big lawns, 2 grand halls, swimming pool, proper parking space and great services. It gave a feeling of destination wedding. I would also like to mention the backbones of the team - Mr. Neeraj (Manager), Mr. Anshuman, Mr. Munna Singh without whom it wouldn't have been possible.. they are the ones standing on one leg and making everything available just on one call. Talking about food in every function ~ snacks, main course, desserts.. everything was so so delicious just as we wanted ~ punjabi taste, a big thanks to the chef. The presentation, quality of food, serving, everything was just perfect. Everyone just loved the live counter "Chai". The breakfast was amazing with lot of variety and great taste. The most important thing which brings aesthetics to the space is decor part for which we would like to thank Mr. Pramod and his very hard working staff Mr. Munna who created every corner and small small detailing sooo beautiful that it bought life to our all the functions. I would highly recommend this property to everyone for your future functions if you want it to be a great success, just book here without giving a second thought!
