Encantados con el personal de recepción, Begoña y Ekaitz buenisimos profesionales, la habitacion con vistas al mar genial. El bufet aceptable pero personalmente deberian arreglar la fachada y poner el nombre completo del hotel, esto atudaria a encontrarlo.

Hemos estado en el hotel Petit Palace Tamarises de Getxo dos días del 22 al 24 de octubre y la experiencia ha sido muy buena. En primer lugar, por su ubicación, frente a la playa de Ereaga y a unos 15 minutos caminando, subiendo el Puerto Viejo, de Algorta. En segundo lugar, por su precio, 207 euros en total, incluyendo un late check-out hasta las 14 horas de 20 euros, con el desayuno incluido, conseguido en la página web del hotel. Y en tercer lugar, por la calidad de sus instalaciones y de nuestra habitación, en la tercera planta, tras ofrecernos un upgrade gratuito. Además, hay que destacar su desayuno, muy completo, y la amabilidad y profesionalidad de su personal, que nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. En definitiva, un hotel para repetir en una futura visita a Getxo.

La stanza era confortevole,letto comodo e, la colazione molto ricca e il personale molto cortese ed efficiente. La posizione diretta sul mare e vicino alla metro è un grande vantaggio.La struttura avrebbe bisogno di un rinnovo esterno ed internamente la moquette non è il massimo. Unico appunto sulla colazione è che il cibo dovrebbe essere mantenuto coperto e più al fresco. Affettati è formaggi erano caldi ed in alcuni casi molto asciutti. Nel complesso comunque siamo stati molto bene.

Aufmerksamer Service, die Rezeption spricht Englisch, die Zimmer sind kein Gold Standard, aber sauber und durchaus chic (vor allem groß!). Aber einfach Ur SUPER war der Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon. Sehr entspannend- eine absolute Empfehlung!

Pasamos unos días en el hotel y la verdad que todo bien! Lo que más nos gustó es la ubicación frente a la playa! Se puede ir a visitar Bilbao en metro perfectamente Algo que nos gustaría destacar es la Excelente la atención de Enya en el desayuno! Super amable y atenta !!!
