There was no reception! Really odd. No food obviously.
The TV was perched on a drawer unit as it had been broken off the wall. A bit dangerous. It fell over once.
The wardrobe was also worse for wear.
It was a comfy bed but we were kept awake by rowdy neighbours.

Booked to stay here two nights as with voucher Could say what it was like inside we couldn’t even get in never had code to get in So tried two numbers which were outside none worked if inside was like outside absolutely disgusting had to pay in another place for two nights So please people read reviews

Don’t bother spending you money here
Really poor. Didn’t have the code to enter the hotel. A 10 min phone call later let us in and then no room code. Again a 10 min phone call got no where then was told someone would come in 2 mins, 10 minutes later we gave up and went somewhere else without seeing the room. Kitchen was open but no one on site.

Shocking
Kettle didnt work matress had springs sticking out changed the entry codes but didnt inform us stayed 6 nights only serviced once no coffee milk etc

Very disappointed
It really wasn't good .it wasn't what it was advertised on the website. It said bed and breakfast there was no breakfast because there was no staff .the staff wer surpose to come replace toilet rolls etc they didn't so we ran out off things .no spoons to stir ur tea etc .they changed the code to your room when you paid but didn't lnform you .the majority off people that wer staying there wer not happy. We will not be staying there again for there again we paid a lot off money and wer very disappointed it ruined our stay in gt yarmouth

Not the best place to stay
Dirty room, light fittings hanging off the ceiling, gap in door so constant draft, waited half hour to receive key code for door.

Dark univiting scary..
Wish I had the read the reviews, this hotel is appalling
Only one pillow, two bits of milk and unmanned so you can't even get anything .
The pillows were also dirty and thebsdinwas so small you could fill the kettle.
No parking information supplied.
The helpline was answered quick but what they need is staff on site.
I would not want to stay there as a single female

Little disappointed.
Stayed in the Fjaerland hotel as villa rose was closed for maintenance. The bathroom. Toilet roll holder was broken, bathroom door didn't shut properly. Bed was only thing good about the stay. No staff around but was easy to get into room. I think hotel needs a revamp and staff around.
