Terrible, avoid. Rude staff, overpriced food. Manager extremely obnoxious and aggressive. Very out dated, dirty sticky tables! Wouldn't waste your money.

Just had a coach trip to this hotel. Friendly hotel but the food was not up to standard. Having seen their menu displayed on screen in the bar for NON coach tour visitors, we came to the conclusion that the hotel had one menu standard for coach trips and another for NON coach trips. Maybe the price of the holiday reflects this? Breakfast was very good . Had to choose our dinner choice the evening before, no bother. Three choices in each coarse, but not very appealing. Some of the meals were " strange" indeed. Very disappointing.

Have recently returned from a night away in a budget double room. For £66 we were pleasantly surprised. The room 148 was on top floor accessed by a lift and had a lovely view of the towns sports field and views towards the town and beyond which was nice. The room was fairly spacious and en suite was small but was ok. Had room only but there was an on site bar / restaurant which did look nice. Although budget I do feel room could do with a mini fridge. That being said all things considered and the great location ( and price ) would definitely stay again.

This is a large Bed & Breakfast hotel situated on the Great Yarmouth sea front. The hotel boasts excellent views of the Yarmouth Sea Front or alternatively the local football club. The hotel is very reasonably priced and had a good amount of onsite (as well as off site) parking. There were a number of electric vehicle charging points which was very useful. The staff were always friendly and happy to help with any queries. The breakfast was a mix of continental buffet and also hot food to order. The food was always served promptly and at a good temperature. The decor/upkeep of the hotel was excellent, everything was clean and clearly well looked after. There was a small swimming pool available for use and a pool table for the evening. The family rooms I felt could do with a bit of sprucing up, a lick of paint/wallpapering. A good hotel if staying in the local area.

Stayed for three days choosing the inclusive BB & EM tariff. Excellent hotel on sea front with good parking. The selected dishes available from the fuller menu were very acceptable, and the desserts were delicious. Charming and courteous restaurant staff. One comment, (not necessarily a criticism) regarding the restaurant. Portions were generous, which generally is good. However our visit coincided with an early summer heat wave. The Sunday roast complete with huge Yorkshire pudding, although delicious, was somewhat daunting in size. It would have been so much better to offer the veg / potatoes in a side dish, allowing the guest to select the amount they wished to take. One does feel rather uncomfortable about leaving half a plate of good food which you simply cannot manage. It’s a first time visit, but we most certainly will be back!

Great hotel with lovely staff! Hotel is lovely and clean and so are the rooms. Spacious enough with updated bathroom. Beds are plump and comfortable. Bar and restaurant area is lovely and clean and has a wide range of drinks and food to offer. Swimming pool was great for a little swim. Changing area and toilet above which is handy. Lovely balcony with beds outside for the summer. Walking distance to everything on the seafront. Overall a fantastic stay right on the beachfront, would definitely recommend and stay again! Thanks to all the staff for being so lovely and polite

My wife and I just spent a relaxing couple of nights at the Palm Court Hotel. Our onsuite room was very clean with a comfy bed. Staff were all knowledgeble, helpful and looked genuingly happy, always a good sign. Best of all for me was the restaurant, exceptionally good food, cooked to perfection and well presented, obviously prepared by a chef with a genuine passion. It really does tick all the boxes, well done Palm Court Hotel.

Excellent food from Chef Tom and team, well run well maintained hotel. From the front of house greeting through restaurant service, bedrooms, and parking, all is very well run here. A nice hotel, recently refurbished it looks like to me, with scrupulously clean rooms (believe me I check!!) good comfortable beds and nice big white towels. Food was fabulous. Gorgeous visual presentation of contemporary fare, fresh, the right temperature, and perfectly seasoned. The Sunday roast was perhaps best ever, decently priced too. Definitely recommend this place.
