Premier Inn Great Yarmouth West (A47)

Great location for walking into Great Yarmouth, the bed is comfortable with option of extra pillows. The accessible shower was perfect for me. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a variety of food offered next door. We would recommend this hotel

A good clean hotel. Very welcoming an arrival. Free teas and coffee and tea at reception. The bedroom was very clean. Large tv. Bathroom and shower was all clean. Great value for money. Well worth a visit. We had a family room. Both beds were good and relaxing.

The room was too warm. The windows couldn't be opened and the air conditioning was inadequate. The aircon went down to 19c, however even with the fan set to full it was still too hot to sleep well. It was only 13c outside that day! Spent all night out from under the quilt. The aircon seems to go off after a while as when we looked at it in the morning you had to press the ON button again. Won't be staying in a Premier Inn again.

We’d had a bad experience with a holiday park and needed a proper rest and warm up. Receptionist Amy was very welcoming and offered a room which was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast next to the hotel and then continued our journey home.

My stay at this Premier Inn was exceptional and exceeded all expectations. Having spent a full month here during an extended business trip, I was consistently impressed by the high quality of service and attention to detail provided by the entire staff. The level of professionalism and hospitality remained outstanding from check-in to check-out. I would particularly like to express my sincere gratitude to Lauren, the front of house manager at the restaurant , whose leadership and dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction, and to Kim, the head breakfast chef, whose culinary expertise and warm personality made each morning's breakfast service a delightful start to the day. Their contributions, along with those of the entire team, truly enhanced my extended stay and made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Nice and quiet. Restaurant was in adjacent building, not like indicated in the hotel's photos. It is possible to pay for (supposedly) better WiFi but the provided free WiFi is so shockingly poor that I had no confidence that the paid for WiFi would be any better... !
