not the best for us. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin at the back of the pub. This is not the fault of the hotel but the constant truck noise all night made sleep for us impossible. The cabins looked fairly new but there were some maintence issues that needed to be fixed. I would think on new rooms maintenece and cleanliness would be priorty to keep the rooms looking as new. We did mention the issues to bar staff when we went for a drink and meal. For us it wasn't an enjoyable stay here but I wished it was. We were travelling around Victoria and happy to support a local business.

This is where you stay when there is no where else available, with reluctance. The transport going by at night is a bit overwhelming, mostly trucks speeding through at 100Klm + Also, my bathroom tap leaked and the shower filled like a bath. At times through the night my fridge would roar like a lion.

First the bathroom light didn't work so they gave another room. I thought that's ok because they were quick to rectify the situation BUT it goes downhill. We were given the wrong key(villa room) so we tried the first key. That key opened opened the room next door. The lack of security knowing the rooms have the same lock was extremely concerning overnight. The mattress was cheap and old. Could feel every spring digging into us then to make matters worse after we gave up sleeping there wasn't any hot water!
