The hotel does not look like the photos! Works being carries out in reception. Very dated. Lots of broken items in room and around hotel. Furnishings are not as shown in photos. Bathroom very dated, worn.

There is only one elevator in the hotel, and I didn't use the elevator for 6 nights from check-in to check-out. The staff said that there was no way to find someone to repair it during the holidays, so they always took the stairs and there was no staff to help carry the luggage. I carried the big suitcase by myself and walked up the 4 floors of stairs. The hotel used to have a restaurant for breakfast, but now it is only open for 3 days on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Poor stay experience this time!

Sorry, but the noise from other people who were there should have been under control by the hotel staff. It was a terrible experience being that my daughter and us expected a quiet night to rest after she had brain surgery that afternoon. The air conditioning system should be changed because it is super noisy. The doors slam very loud if you dont hold them. The hotel knew they were getting a large group of people and they should of told them to have respect for others that are sleeping. This went on till 230am and we were leaving by 630am.

My daughter and I stayed here for four nights, prior to moving her into her dorm for college. The hotel staff were some of the friendliest people I've ever met! Melissa at the front desk was so kind and helpful, and everyone else, from the valet to housekeeping, made us feel extremely welcomed and treated us as though we were VIPs. It was a very pleasant stay.
