We needed a base before a visit to Snetterton race circuit. This was an ideal location. The self check in was ideal as we arrived late and checked out fairly early. This meant that we didn't have time to see the pool Free and plentiful parking was a bonus. Our room was at the back of the property and was very quiet as were all rooms. It was also very clean with a spacious bathroom. The fan for the bedroom came in very handy too. It was lovely to have a seating area outside of our room. The palm tress by the breakfast room and gardens were lovely. A simple breakfast was available on a self service basis and everything was spotlessly clean and fresh We will book here again and hope to have more time to enjoy this property. Thank you for making it so easy.

I emailed the hotel two days before my trip having received multiple emails from both the hotel and ******* which did not confirm I had booked a double room. I received an email from the owner saying he would ENSURE I had a double room. On arrival we had been allocated a twin room. As there is no reception I had to leave a voicemail message and send an email before the owner's sister politely told us they were fully booked and that there was nothing she could do. This was particularly upsetting as it was my birthday weekend. It took ******* three days to contact the owner and obtain a refund but this kind of mistake is inexcusable. The venue's "hands off" approach disguised as "convienence" is extremely unsatisfactory and I would have thought that the owner would have telephoned or emailed to apologise. The room was clean but the shower was either freezing cold or scalding hot. I would not recommend.

Price & location good, room position not so Handy location for my business trip, positioned right next to a swimming pool with adult music classes on tho into early evening so couldn’t hear the tv for shouting… not ideal, cold tiled floor too, I guess they followed thru with the flooring.. wasn’t very cosy and probably wouldn’t stay again, sorry.

Disappointed Nice setting, clean, comfy bed. A lot of flies, coming out of hibernation once heating was on? Spiders x 5. Disappointed with breakfast, freeze dried coffee, no filter, no jam for toast, apples in a bowl. Cereal , 3 choices in a plastic server. Expensive for experience.

Not great It was self check in. The path to the room was very dark, needs lighting, dangerous if you have mobility issues, can't see!!! There was an issue in the room, but could not get any answer at reception and phone number kept going to voicemail. So not very good at all. There was only a small electric heater, not sufficient to warm the room. Room was OK, bed OK, but overall not happy.

Little room big space Was a nice room. But wow was it roasting hot. We could find anywhere of turning the heating down or off so had a very hot night, even with fans on. The toilet however had no heating so was the opposite and freezing. Nice to have our own little room but think it was too pricey, compared to the many other hotels we stay in for major race events. Breakfast was toast, yogurts or 3 choices of cereal, nothing for vegetarians and not really a continental as offered.
