Travelodge Telford

You are not able to access the front of the hotel to unload luggage. There were various problems with the room including a very dirty window (inside), lack of teaspoon, lack of pillowcases, Air-conditioning not working correctly.

The area was fantastic and clean but the only problem was that the AC was not working which made our stay unpleasant.

Great location near to local restaurants with a good variety. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Most importantly comfortable beds.

Good customer service, provided for us when we needed extras and offered us extras, staff were very nice and welcoming upon arrival.

Receptionists was extremely polite and helpful . I have been all over the world on business, it’s not the best hotel but it’s clean and she made use feel very welcome. Don’t let her go.

Atrocious, unwelcome , impolite and unprofessional staff. AC unit would stay on for 30 seconds only and eventually come back on after a hour so what is the point? Addressed it to the staff and he said he did not agree with me and that according to me if the system is on all day , it will break down
