We stopped in without a reservation, the staff was very accommodating. We found the rate to be very reasonable, our room was clean and the bed was comfy. The coffee offered in the continental breakfast was good as well. We will plan to stay here next time we come this direction! Dan & Mary McCarthy

This hotel is very old and tired. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal and tiny frozen breakfast sandwiches. The rooms were dirty and gosh the mattress was one thousand years old!!!!!! The bathtub cracked horribly when taking a shower. I do not recommend this hotel.

I slept well. The front desk clerk was pleasant. She is quite upset over the state of the motel. I was in room 103. It is on the bottom floor. Sadly, this past summer in July, Great Bend was hit with a horrible hail storm and much of the town is still in disrepair. The windows on this building are still boarded up. I hope Wyndham does something soon. There are no sound buildings left to stay in. It is an older place, the furniture is old, the paint is old, but as with most places in Kansas, Franchisees are stuck for the cost.

What a great hotel! The hotel manager and his wife were so helpful and friendly. And the room accommodations were very nice. My friend and I will surely stay there again if we are passing through Kansas again.

Hallway stinks like they are masking something. The breakfast was a joke as they had half gallon jugs of milk and OJ and display case with hostess donuts and honeybuns from a box. The rooms I will say was the best part as it was clean.

Adequate place to stay for a short period. I got my money's worth but would have liked more breakfast options. Thankfully, I had some options for breakfast with me. I'm trying to eat healthy and avoid sugars. Sweet rolls and cereals weren't enough for me.

A review of the motel: An older 50’s-60’s in need of remodel. You do get what you pay for. Traveling one doesn’t necessarily want to Pay $200 @ night. First off, checking in , the lobby smelled of food. The clerk mentioned the owners lived on premise and cooked often. The hallways and room smelled of cigarette smoke and food. We slept about an hr— not worth the money.

If you enjoy sweating in bed and stains all over the room this place is for you. Would bot recommend this hotel to anyone at all ever. Save yourself the hassle and skip through Great Bend or pay top dollar for a decent room elsewhere.
