There is an extra fold up twin bed in case someone doesn't wish to share a bed. Our property is pet friendly, however the yard is not completely fenced, and open on the sides of the property. Other things to note Free parking on the street, in the two car garage or in the driveway behind the garage. Guest entrance is the front door with keypad. There is a rear entrances as well if you park in the garage. You will have to gain access to the property at the front door with the keyless entry pad.
