I was excited to stay in an historic inn and this 170 year old mansion did not disappoint. The comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff were welcoming. The lounge area/ living room was stocked with board games for my kids and books about the area for myself. Breakfast was delicious and generous. Our suite was huge, which accomodated both of my children in separate beds, besides my own large bed. More spacious than home, so quite luxurious. The Windflower Inn also provided toiletries of their own brand which is a nice touch for a small business. I found this inn to be very family friendly. My children enjoyed exploring the garden where they met the chickens. They played the piano in the common area (when empty) and indulged in homemade treats. Overall, it was the quintessential experience at a country inn and exactly what I had in mind when I booked.

We've stayed at the Windflower for years. There are new owners for the past 6 years. The Inn is lovely and they have sprinkled baked treats all over the first floor. Our room was lovely and cozy with a great bathroom. The breakfasts were delicious.

The Inn was charming with wonderful breakfasts. Our innkeeper hosts and their staff were charming and provided helpful suggestions and excellent service. We will look forward to visiting again in the future and have already recommended it highly to several friends.

My friend and I just returned from a two night stay at the beautiful WindFlower Inn which was amazingly relaxing. Very nice grounds, lovely decor, Super Clean and quite. The owners, Michelle and Tom are very welcoming and super nice people. The Breakfast was wonderful, delicious and beautifully presented. Not to mention Michelle ‘s baked goodies so yummy. They gave us suggestions for places to dine which were perfect for us. The Inn is well maintained , clean and quite. I would not hesitate to rebook the WindFlower Inn again. Thank you,Michelle and staff for the lovely enjoyable stay, no complaints here.

We just returned from having a wonderful visit at the Windflower Inn in Great Barrington, MA. There are so many things we enjoyed. Our room was spacious and quiet and we enjoyed spending time in the common areas, where there were couches, games, beautiful spaces and more. One of the things we enjoyed most were the personal touches that Michelle and Tom used to decorate the Inn. We so loved Michelle's window art that we bought one of her pieces. Michelle is also an incredible cook. Everything is homemade, the flatbread paninis, the wide selection of baked goods and more. Michelle and Tom have their own chickens, housed in a coop their son, who is a carpenter built, AND, the eggs were delicious. The location of the Inn is excellent. We will definitely return.

We just returned from an amazing weekend getaway with 20 of our closest friends. We rented out the entire inn and every need of ours was met by Tom and Michelle. From the delicious made to order breakfast each morning, to the most delightful setting and singing by the fire we all returned home feeling renewed and refreshed. I can’t recommend the Windflower Inn more to go for a cozy and stress-free weekend. Every single room was clean and comfortable and we can’t wait to return! Thanks again Michelle and Tom!!

Our room and bathroom were clean but dated. The innkeeper had an awkward way about her almost as though she was surprised to see us! The first thing she did was ask for our credit card (not welcome, how was your drive , etc) the fireplace in the main area was never on and when I asked about coffee she claimed bc of Covid it was not available. Breakfast was edible but nothing special. Wifi service is very sparse, and just the unwelcome feeling would prevent me from returning There were very nice chickens, pretty and well cared for. I feel if you are running a B and B you need to be friendly and hospitable! Not the vibe here!
