Wow the worse premier inn I've been to. Room smells and had mould everywhere, very dirty and out of date. Had hair and dust all over the place Only positive thing was the staff at reception. .............................................

Sue was lovely on Reception, very attentive gave us all the information we would need. The restaurant across the road was great too, rooms spacious as always and clean! No issues at all with anything, a delightful stay. Thank you for the treats!

Lovely welcome and we were allowed to put our bags in early so we could get to the local football match on time. Our room was warm and clean and also quiet as we were on the back side of the road so a decent nights sleep was had. Parking right outside couldn’t fault it. Pub across the yard serving food all day.

The attention to detail was fantastic. The staff were thoughtful and kind and went out of their way to ensure we had all we needed. The treats and snacks my son he found on his bed made his day. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will most definitely visit again.

Lovely stay here at premier inn newton aycliffe. Warm and very clean room, very helpful and friendly receptionist. Hungry horse pub with a fantastic breakfast. Very quiet and peaceful hotel with no disturbance from traffic. Best premier inn ive stayed in!

Lovely touch from the staff arriving after a full day of travel with 2 young girls to a lovely valentines decorated room with chocolates and wee special packs for the girls as well. Easy check in and out. An older style building but still a great stay

Fabulous welcome! We checked in after a long and slow drive from Folkestone and were met with a lovely welcome from Sue who was very warm, friendly and helpful. We then went into our room and Angela and the team had left a lovely treat for the children and then some valentines decorations and treats for us which was a lovely surprise.

Clean room, TV too small controls as big as the tv, the size of a old style pc monitor. Bathroom ok . Towels had a funny smell. Staff very friendly .................,.............................................................,..
