Klasse Hotel für eine Innenstadt Besichtigung, zentral gelegen. Sehr gute Zimmer, ruhig. Personal sehr freunlich, Frühstück ist hier ein highlight, sehr große Auswahl, auf Nachfrage werden z.B. Spiegeleier frisch aus der Küche gebracht, besser geht es nicht. Ein Top SPA Bereich mit kleinem Pool und sehr schöner Sauna, sowie Ruhebereich. Parkplätze am Haus vorhanden. Wir würden hier immer wieder buchen um uns Graz anzusehen.

Tolles, schönes und zentrales Hotel. Das meiste in Graz ist sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon was wir geschätzt hatten. Frühstück hatte eine gute, grosse Auswahl. Die Mitarbeitenden waren freundlich. Wir würden in Graz das Parkhotel wieder wählen.

The hotel continues to offer old fashioned quality and service. The front desk manager and staff help in ways that define a top quality hotel experience. Location is excellent. The tram line outside the hotel is being replaced this summer and fall.

Sehr schönes Stadthotel mit zuvorkommendem Personal. Zimmer sind unterschiedlich und gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was notwendig ist. Nähe zur Altstadt durch den Stadtpark fußläufig. Straßenbahn fährt direkt am Hotel vorbei, somit sind die Haltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Pool und Spa Bereich laden nach einem langen Ausflug zum Entspannen und Erholen ein. Abspannen bei einem Café oder Glas Wein im Rosengarten des Hotels oder der Bar ist ebenfalls möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Danke, ich habe mich in Ihrem Haus sehr wohl und gut untergebracht gefühlt. Nur, dass die Umfrage vor 100 Zeichen - nämlich meiner ersten Zeile - nicht angenommen wird, und die Bewertung sich mit 75 Zeiche nicht abschicken lässt, finde ich irgendwie aufdringlich und belästigend!!! Denn Gutes kann man auch mit wenigen Worten ausdrücken. Sorrry, das und nur DAS hat jetzt einen eher negativen Eindruck bezüglich Ihrer Professionalität hinterlassen. Herausragend ist die zentrale Lage und der eigene Parkplatz, ein Kleinod der Gastgarten. Im Zimmer ist die Dusche ohne Barriere oder Wanne ein Plus. Aber der kritische Erfolgsfaktor ist der Service, die jungen Leute sind sehr engagiert, sehr aufmerksam und unaufdringlich hoch verfügbar - das ist das Beste an dem Haus.
