Check-in time is given as 1:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. In fact, the room could only be occupied shortly before 6 p.m. This was not due to the cleaning team but to reception/management, who had allowed the previous guest to occupy the room until 5 p.m. (instead of just 12 p.m.). The wish of the previous guest was therefore at the expense of the new guest. The welcome discussions at 1:45 p.m., 5:25 p.m. and 5:50 p.m. are a bit tense; a friendly, warm “welcome” is different. A tax is due when checking out, even though the invoice was already charged when booking. This could have been mentioned on the reservation confirmation or somewhere else or at the very latest when checking in. When saying goodbye, an unpleasant situation arises in the form of a discussion with a sluggish, grumbling receptionist who obviously feels disturbed. The room's facilities are perfectly fine: If the bathtub is to be used as a shower, a robust grab bar would be an advantage for safety when getting out (slippery). About the location: within walking distance of the train station, easily accessible by tram, not too far from the center, so there is some (but not really much) street noise until midnight and from 5:30 onwards.

The location is superior, the price is reasonable, and the facilities are old

Zimmer alles vorhanden, Empfang Top Parkgarage Top 10 Minuten Rathausplatz nur Gehen, Straßenbahn 3 Minuten füt Faule Frühstück Top, Note 6! Alles da und Super lecker Leider nur für 1 Nacht wegen Durchreise. Kommen sicherlich mit Sohn wieder vorbei. Dankeschön für tolle Graz Erkundung........., Grüße aus Wels

Gerne wieder. Wunderschönes ruhiges Zimmer (212) erhalten. Alles wünschenswerte (Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher) vorhanden. Sehr bequemes Bett und angenehme Bettwäsche. Im Bad war eine Dusche vorhanden und alles tipp topp in Ordnung. Hotel ist nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, so dass es auch für Bahnreisende sehr zu empfehlen ist.

Hotel proche du centre et des transports. Propre et calme. Il est precisé machine a cafe dans la chambre mais il n y a qu une bouilloire.
