Very clean and well-maintained—both the hotel and the room! Just a heads-up: there’s no aircon, only a fan. It was cool enough for me, but my friend felt it was a bit warm since we visited during summer. The hotel might look a little dated in photos, but in person it’s airy, and doesn’t have any musty smell at all.
The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town, with plenty of eateries right next to the hotel. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, I’d say it’s definitely worth it—especially with free breakfast included!
I love the old school key system but it’s super heavy.

The hotel's location is excellent, the parking is available at a cost of €20, it's a shame that it isn't explained on arrival, you have to ask for everything. The room on the third floor is functional, the breakfast is excellent.

The triple room we booked was very spacious, with good bathroom and toilet space. The hotel is in a good location, with convenient transportation and many attractions and places to eat nearby. However, a garbage truck or something passed by very early in the morning and it was very noisy and woke us up.

Nice little hotel, which took care of me well, got a good deal as I stayed over night in another hotel and went straight to book a room , got break fast and welcome drink , definitely worth the visit , if you find this hotel on a bargain, honestly I did not realise that there was not Airconditioned though the temparature was hot in the afternoon.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage in der Fußgängerzone und besticht durch Flair und Altbaucharm. Knarrendes Fischgrätparkett im Zimmer inklusive. Es liegt inmitten des Stadtteiles Lend, gleich schräg hinter dem Kusthaus. Also schön fußläufig zu Hauptplatz, Uhrturm, Museen und Murinsel. Diese Lage ist aber Segen und Fluch zugleich, denn Lokale, die bis spät am Abend offen haben, gibt es auf jeder Seite genug. Wir hatten noch dazu das Pech, ausgerechnet beim "Lendwirbel", einem Art Stadtviertelfest am Wochenende, anzukommen. Das begann damit, daß wir bei der Anreise nicht direkt zum Hotel zufahren konnten. Nachdem das Haus zwar ein reizvoller Altbau ist, hat es aber auch entsprechende Fenster. Lärmempfindlichen ist daher unbedingt ein Zimmer zum Innenhof zu empfehlen. Ein solches hatten wir auch dann auf unsere Bitte hinauf bekommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet samt toller Kaffeemaschine ist perfekt und läßt keine Wünsche offen. Es wird übrigens auf der Rechnung betragsmäßig separat ausgewiesen, ist aber im Zimmerpreis enthalten. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der nahegelegenen Tiefgarage Mariahilf kann man einen vergünstigten Tarif als Hotelgast bekommen. € 15.-/24 Stunden. Wichtig ist aber, daß man über das Hotel (vorher) eigene Tickets zum Nachschieben am Schranken für´s Ausfahren behebt.
