"Lovely hotel. Staff are so friendly, helpful and always smiling. Food here is amazing and great value for money. Hotel is in a fantastic location and again a great price. Room is a good size and beat part the bed is so comfortable. Highly recommend."

"Lovely hotel in nice grounds. Friendly reception. Decent room (we stayed in the Sartorial rooms) which was spacious. Good breakfast in the main restaurant although continental was a bit limited. Ate in the evenings at the cafe rather than main restaurant and food was good. Also lovely staff. "

"Hotel was pretty clean and everything you need for a cheap hotel stay. Service was OK. There is a Brewers Fayre where you can get food, although we didn't try this. Be aware that you have to pay an additional £7.50 per day for parking."

"The hotel is very easy to find and located oerfectly for Lakeside or the M25/M11. Staff very friendly and Hotel Manager Kim provided excellent Customer Service. Only downside being bank holiday there was no evening food service but Uber and Deliveroo possible. Lots of carparking. Great Value. Would stay again 😁"

"Location pretty grim as it’s next to the Dartford Bridge and Tunnel. But once you are in you can forget about that as the rooms are decent and spacious, the restaurant is excellent for an evening meal and the breakfast is good value particularly if you go for the meal deal for dinner and breakfast. A good stay overall."

"Good location close to ebbs international train station for Eurostar. For us it was to see family. Towards Christmas has a local coop convenience store closed and restaurant which was ok at breakfast but they could keep up with the buffet demands but to be honest the large group of people being greedy and taking all the food didnt help. All in all was happy all around."
