Nicely located with good access to north and south side of Thames. Good restaurant facilities is a bonus.

No air conditioning so very humi and hot in room. Toilet was hard to flush. Plugs too far to charge on a table or stand. You need to unplug things to get closer. Overall better than the travel lodge and Premier inn nearby.

The location is convenient, next to the highway. The downside is that it is too noisy and the room is very small. It does not meet the standards of the red label Ibis, more like IBS budget
