Decent hotel at an affordable price. It has free parking which is a bonus and that always help rather than worrying about finding somewhere to park.

Ideal location.
Welcoming and polite check in from members of staff. Didn't get chance to use resteraunt as we were in a hurry for an O2 Arena event.
Room was adequate for stay although shower head wouldn't stay in a fixed position, the toilet sprayed water at you when you flushed and it would have been nice to have a bin near kettle to put used tea bags etc in.
Checked around the room before leaving the following morning and found dog toys under the bed so obviously not cleaned properly before we arrived.

Staff rude security on doir very intimidating

The shower head support was broken amd fell on my shoulder. The metal joints of the bathroom door were rusty and made an uncomfortable to the ears. The body gel bottle was broken. I had to open it instead of pressing on it. Frustrating for the only night. But this should be checked before i arrived. No one even asked me to my stay was. I'm sort of used to this last aspect now.
