I cannot in good conscience recommend this facility. My stay was marked by unacceptable conditions that failed to meet even the most basic standards of comfort or cleanliness. The nightly rate is outrageously high given the deplorable environment, making the experience not only disappointing but entirely unjustifiable.

Don’t sleep here. Workers don’t clean rooms. Don’t change towels. Nothing. Hotel is infested with bugs. Literally the worse place to stay. Go to the days inn next door instead.

I usually don’t read any review that is rated at the bottom or the very top, but we just walked into a room that was not cleaned by housekeeping. When we called the front desk, they said it was the 8th room with the same complaint. The hotel was sold out so we could not get a different room, so our only option was to checkout and find another hotel or clean the room and make the bed. Well, Ramada is off my list of hotels to stay at.

Most disgusting hotel i have ever stayed in in my life. Floor covered in dirt. Play area floor covered in debris. Dirty diapers on the floor and feces in the toilets by the pool. Sink in the room clogged with peas and carrots. Would never recommend

Dirty, run down, breakfast terrible (juice cut with half water, coffee tasted terrible, eggs are powdered), but comfortable beds and a decent shower. All ice machines broken. Some refrigerators don't work, and none have a freezer section. Some room locks don't work and people in our group were locked out of their rooms. No elevator and when I asked the attendant where to park, he told me to park where I had the longest walk with my luggage to my room. Food in the bar is not great - pizza was hot and floppy (like it was heated in a microwave) with minimal toppings, and with only one person working, service was slow. Cereal on the hallway carpet on Monday was still there on Saturday. Couldn't use the drawers in the room because of sticky stuff in them. Coffee machine in the room, but no cups. One lamp had no bulb. AC worked fine.

Didn't feel safe as the side door was never locked. Room phone didn't work. Couldn't get extra pillows or any towels for the pool. Mold underneath a/c and mold in bathroom.

Would not recommend staying. Was the worse hotel I have been to. No remote to TV. Toilet seat was about to fall off. Where we parked trash can was so full you could not put anything else in it. Marks on the walls.

Under new management and going through some remodeling. The room and hotel were clean. Front desk and help were very nice. Breakfast was great a very nice spread something for everyone. Can’t beat it for the price. Huge indoor pool and playground for the kids all together. Recommend for families for sure.

Absolutely disgusting. The staff are incredibly friendly I will say. The hotel is disappointing. There was sewage water leaking everywhere with nobody attempting to fix it. Holes in the walls, the rooms absolutely reeked. When I say there was sewage water, it was EVERYWHERE. in multiple hallways brown and black water was staining my socks. Never stay here, please
