la struttura è molto ben posizionata, nuova e pulita purtroppo mancano di trasparenza. Si definisce un B&B ma la colazione non è compresa. Negli annunci viene ampiamente pubblicizzata una piscina (motivo per cui lo abbiamo scelto) ma solo all’arrivo scopri che è ad uso ‘esclusivo’ delle suite (mentre ovunque trovi scritto che è un servizio a pagamento a cui si può accedere). Pensavo fosse un mio problema di classino analfabetismo funzionale e di non aver correttamente letto l’offerta ma invece non è specificato da nessuna parte. Ci hanno proposto di andarcene (ricercando una sistemazione alternativa ‘comodamente’ seduti nella hall) ma dopo aver guidato 7h e con una bambina non ce la siamo sentita. La reazione estremamente scortese anche di fronte all’evidenza e nessuna volontà di sistemare la cose. Trasparenza, correttezza e gentilezza inesistenti nei confronti dei turisti. Prestate attenzione!!!!

Réception rigide et distante Chambre classique 77 e , très simple , sombre et sans charme Chambre matrimoniale 88e belle , spacieuse, avec une belle vue sur le dôme de l’église que nous avons prise pour 2 jours Mais pour ce prix du bruit le matin très tôt venant de la rue et surtout la piscine était fermée ainsi que la terrasse donnant sur le ravin de Gravina à partir du 15 septembre malgré une température de 30/32 degrés et alors que ce sont les points déterminants du choix de cet hôtel + Et bien sûr cela n’avait pas été mentionné lors de la réservation !!! Sinon hôtel très propre , belle chambre matrimoniale , petit déjeuner correct sans plus et un gérant non intéressé par le bien-être de ses clients

È un posto veramente suggestivo immerso in 10000 anni di storia dell’umanità tra campanili soavi e musei di storia, munito di piscina in totale privacy, consiglio la suite family con annessa vasca idromassaggio e se non bastasse accesso interno tramite ascensore direttamente alla spa sotterranea! In una parola:”Meraviglioso”

Vi abbiamo soggiornato in quattro per una sola notte, purtroppo. Devo dire tutto ottimo, la pulizia, l'organizzazione, la disponibilità, l'alloggio, la vista su una deliziosa cittadina. Assolutamente consigliato!

Struttura piena di fascino , in pieno centro storico ,proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili , stanze luminose da cui godere uno splendido panorama . Abbiamo trascorso un bel fine settimana alla scoperta della Gravina sotterranea accompagnati dai consigli della reception . Assolutamente da consigliare la colazione in piazzetta . Mario e Costanza
