Hicimos una reserva de habitación con cena incluida, pensando en un hotel termal de gama media. Lamentablemente no fue así. Nos mandaron a una habitación sin hacer, nos movieron a otra. Toda esta movida nos hizo tener que optar entre cenar o ir a la pileta termal. El horario de la cena es de 19:00 a 21:00 y ya no nos quedaba margen. El buffet libre era espantoso. La pechuga de pollo era más parecido a un frisbee que a un alimento. La carne era dura y correosa. Los fideos se ahogaban en aceite…. Solo espero que no se transforme en un recuerdo recurrente. No volveremos jamás. Mejor evitarlo.

As instalações são antigas. O hotel parou no tempo. O quarto era limpo e confortável, chuveiro bom, mas a roupa de cama com rasgos. As refeições são de boa qualidade, saladas variadas, sobremesa, tudo bem gostoso. A piscina térmica externa é boa e bem cuidada, mas a interna estava sem manutenção, não tinha como usar, além de ser bem pequena. As banheiras de hidromassagem funcionam bem. O hotel disponibiliza chá, café e mate aos hóspedes em tempo integral, além de água saborizada, o que é muito bom, dá um acolhimento. Não cumprem com os horários de entrada, demorou bastante pro nosso quarto ficar liberado, após o início do check in. Contudo, tiveram o cuidado de nós colocar num quarto de fácil acesso, pois estávamos com um bebê. Há uma pessoa que organiza passeios, entretenimento variado e é muito agradável e animada.

Criamos muitas expectativas com as fotos e informações do local. Investimos a reserva da família para as férias. Chegando lá nada do que foi "vendido" foi entregue. Piscinas externas sujas. A interna fizeram reforma e ficou inativa. Sala de jogos em total declínio. Sequer dava para jogar sinuca. Os tacos batiam nas paredes. Mesa de ping pong cheia de falhas. Não tinha buffet. Um único dia serviram. Nos outros, comemos sempre as mesas coisas e só frituras. Café frio todos os dias. Ar condicionado não gelava o ambiente e segundo o técnico ele era fraco para o tamanho do quarto. Enfim, uma decepção e sem saldo para aproveitar outro lugar, pois tentamos mudar o tipo de pensão ou receber de volta alguns dias de estadia e disseram que pela Hurb iso não poderia acontecer. tivemos que ficar lá ou sem férias.
