Hotel dificil para avaliar ele não é ruim mais ele tem seus problemas ,azuleijos da piscina externa soltos mais a piscina é bem limpa, recreação com recreadores excelentes mais com pouca atividades, comida com igredientes de primeira qualidade muito camarão bacalhau carne macia ,mais mal preparados ,tipo carne muito passada quase torada e pratos com molho pesado , sobremesas mal elaboradas ,café da tarde muito bom ,bebidas com preço muito bom para hotel ,quarto bem grande com limpesa ótima , mais com chuveiro que parece piada para um hotel termal , coisa chata é alguns colaboradores do hotel chamar sua atenção de uma forma bem indelicada por regras internas ou trancar a porta do restaurante para não deixar vc sair para a piscina pelo restaurante ,piscina interna foi a que mais gostei muito boa e a educação de alguns atendentes principalmente dos recreadores e do pessoal da recepção .Parque aquatico eu não gostei de nada muito ruim tanto na limpesa como nos brinquedos .Hotel é um local bom para descansar e pasar poucos dias . Mesmo com problemas pontuais voltaria com certeza.

Problema Com Chuveiros elétricos no nosso Quarto, chegamos e o quarto estav com cheiro de mofo insuportável, trocaram as roupas de camas o que melhorou um pouco, mas o chuveiro terrível!

Hotel em meio à natureza
A área externa do hotel é muito linda, um bosque bem cuidado. Todo o hotel é muito limpo e organizado. As refeições são fartas e bem variadas, apenas não encantou no quesito sabor. O ponto baixo foi a seleção musical, 90% de sertanejo, com músicas de conotação sexual, num ambiente que se diz familiar. O nosso objetivo era descansar e relaxar e neste ponto, a música alta em quase todos os ambientes prejudicou nossa estadia.
