El precio no tiene nada que ver con el hotel. Hotel correcto para tres estrellas, precio de 5 estrellas. No se debe cobrar por un articulo por encima de las prestaciones que da. Cuando preguntas por teléfono, no se puede vender lo que no tiene.

Increíble estancia, hemos estado mi familia y yo con perro en la habitación 802, todo perfecto, el personal es de 10, por destacar en el bufete a Cristian y a Camila, en recepción a Mireia y a Juan y la limpieza a Carmen y a Cristina, perdón por no poner todos los nombres , pero puede estar orgulloso DC HOTELES del equipado que tiene, hotel muy limpio, tranquilo y muy agradable, volveremos

Fabulous Hotel from the minute we walked in . Wonderful, friendly receptionists to welcome us . Quick check in and everything accurately explained verbally and a paper format handed to us to explain everything we needed to know. The superior room we were àllocated on the 11 th floor was beautiful. So extremely spacious and the view from the balcony over the sea front is so beautiful. The room has everything and more from dressing gowns, slippers, bottled water daily and lovely toiletries. The room service is brilliant, the lady who looked after our room so friendly and takes care of our room daily . Fresh sheets bliss , fresh towels bliss a truly wonderful experience. Onto the dining room and it's wonderful staff , you all do such a wonderful job looking after the hotels guests. The food is definitely 5 star plus and the choice is truly amazing. This is the first Hotel we can happily say that provided everything and more to us . This hotel is worthy of 5 stars plus. An Oasis of calm in every area of the hotel. Only one area I felt was neglected was the outdoor bowling area. The carpet could do with a stiff brush or hoovering periodically. The seagulls seem to enjoy flying over and depositing their faecal matter. Definitely a bit of a hazard as the bowls and hands are picking up all manner of nasty things. Otherwise everything Fabulous thank you . Looking forward to returning in spring 2024 for hopefully more blissful days being thoroughly pampered at your wonderful hotel. Well done everyone 👏 👍

Hotel sencillo pero agradable. Las instalaciones son sencillas y la piscina no es muy grande, aunque al ser un hotel pequeño tampoco se acumulaba mucha gente en ningún espacio. Las habitaciones, muy amplias y limpias, y las camas cómodas y espaciosas, incluidas las de los niños (cada uno tenía su propia cama, en otros hoteles eran sofá-cama). El baño correcto, aunque se echaba de menos algún toallero más para colgar las toallas porque había que dejarlas de cualquier manera al no haber lugar suficiente para colgarlas. En el comedor, no había demasiada variedad, aunque siempre había alguna paella o fideuá y alguna cosa más cocinada de forma bastante correcta. Para los niños también había siempre pasta y alguna otra cosa más que les interesara (nuggets, palitos de merluza, pizza, hamburguesa, perritos calientes...) Y lo que más nos gustó fue la variedad de ensaladas, pues había mucho surtido variado y fresco para elaborártela a tu gusto. La playa está bastante cerca aunque no esté en primera línea y el puerto y la zona del Grau es lo que pilla algo más retirado, aunque en las inmediaciones hay todo lo que puedas necesitar.

No volvería,cogimos un hotel para llevar el perro a la playa y no nos avisaron de que la playa estaba cerrada,hasta que pagamos no nos explicamos las normas de tener el animal en el hotel,una vergüenza.

Sencillamente un hotel racista, trato al cliente pésimo. No recomendable. En el hall del hotel y al ser una persona no caucásica me vi agobiado y obligado a salir del hotel, sencillamente me dijeron que no era bienvenido, me hicieron sentir fuera de lugar, una experiencia muy desagradable.
