DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS. Worst customer service experience we have ever had. We called to inquire about our reservation and received hostility and threats from the woman at the front desk (Pam her name was) . She was immediately angry - and we were bewildered and thought it was even a joke. She continued to say we did not provide our home address for our reservation (as we booked under a third party site) and this seemed to send her into a rage. We did not see this relevant as we had already put our credit card down and we just sat in shock as she treated us so. She immediately cancelled our reservation and charged our card after we stated we did not want help anymore. Do whatever you can to avoid this place. It’s cheap but it’s not worth feeling unsafe and frankly there is not family friendly staff by any means. Please save yourself the trouble!!!!!

Great host and comfortable stay
The host was extremelt helpful with arrival and check in, very accommdating to our lat arrival. Lights on, room warmed up, all to make sure we were comfortable. Room was very clean and comfortable. No loud noises or environmental disruptions for a good night sleep. I would stay again.

Our room wasn't the cleanest, sheets had black hair,bathroom needed cleaning and no toilet paper.We made it thru though.

Hotel was expensive for its condition. Strong odors of excessive cleaning chemicals that remained strong thru our stay. Hotel is old and dated and in need of several updates.
Front Desk staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Great for overnight stay
Clean, plenty of towels, complimentary water bottles. Good price for 4 queen beds and 2 rooms. Onsite laundry. Would stay again.
