Awesome lobby, incredible seaview, great service, competent and very polite staff, good food, room very clean, onsen is great with free branded amenities choices 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.  location is a bit off, fortunately have shuttle.

Special thanks to Harada san 👍🏻👍🏻 helped to arrange smooth transfer from hotel to airport.

Appreciate the hospitality from quite a number of multilingual staff 👏🏻👏🏻.  Onsen is great, unlimited free drinks! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻coffee, coke, green tea, etc 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Breakfast is good, value for money, nice to try.  Dinner is 90-mins semi buffet, no choice for the set, special arrangement if you don’t eat beef, but take some time. Lots of wine varieties, if you don’t drink alcohol, the dinner price is NOT worth. 

My comment: Highly recommended.  need to have car, my case is with sudden car break down with no replacement.  Grandvrio did a great job!👏🏻👏🏻

The hotel has done a new, but entering the room can see the age, parking is very convenient plenty of parking spaces, waiters attitude is good, its English communication is no problem, breakfast can look at the beautiful river view, hotel rooms look at the river view, overall is good

It's within walking distance from the station, there's a shuttle bus, the baths are nice, and there's an izakaya inside, so I was able to refresh myself on the weekend. There was a bicycle available, so I was able to rent one for free. I was able to see Himeji Castle rising into the night sky. There was also an unmanned convenience store inside the building, which was interesting. And the breakfast was good too. I enjoyed the seafood bowl, French toast, and almond toast. I'll go again. Well, this is already a repeat.
