Really liked the room setup, nice shower and bathroom area. Room was clean. Staff courteous and helpful when we had a booking mixup. Lighted mirror for makeup etc a nice touch. Breakfast about average. Bed just too hard for us, expected better from Marriott.

We were in room 101 which is closest to the road noise, but it did not interfere with our sleep. I was concerned after readying several reviews about the road noise. Kaitlyn at the front desk was absolutely the best!! She was a fantastic ambassador of Marriott's spirit to serve. She was always smiling and cheerful, always helpful every time I went back to ask for something. I really appreciated her attitude. The breakfast staff kept busy keeping everything full and cleaned up during the breakfast time on Saturday morning. I did notice the water from the shower on the floor as some others had mentioned. I watched where it came from. It had nothing to do with the gap between the wall & the glass. The water runs down the inside of the shower door then tracks along the bottom toward the wall. It then spills out when it gets to the wall and forms a puddle outside of the shower.

The room was your average hotel room. Rooms on the Rivertown Parkway side (where we were) are very noisy with street traffic. There was an issue with the shower door. Every time you took a shower, it flooded about 1/4 of the bathroom. We arrived earlier than expected and asked about early check in. Regular check in is 3:00 and you could check in at 1:00, but it cost $50. The hotel was full at least two of the nights we stayed and there was no food on the breakfast buffet. One would think the hotel would be prepared for that. I booked the room at $144/night. When we checked out, I was charged $144 for one night $164, $274 and $279 for the other three nights. I’m disputing the charges, but what a scam. Find another place to stay, this is a disappointed and they will nickel and dime you to death.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! We had two reservations. One of our guests arrived with his wife and children. The front desk could not find the reservation even though we clearly showed them the email with confirmation. They FORCED them to purchase another room.

The pool floor is so so so slippery. Had our little guy fall and slip so many times. Needs floor mat or different flooring. Wild that there wasn’t a bigger injury.

We had a first floor room by the lobby. There were several people drinking and being super loud in the lobby. I could hear them from our room at almost midnight before I finally fell sleep.
