Nice, new, entry level hotel. Check in was fine but odd numbered rooms are too close to highway, Rivertown Pkwy. We were in room 403 that was loud with traffic noise in the afternoon. My mistake was hoping that in the evening traffic would drop off and it would not be an issue. Came back around 10:00PM and it was still loud. Tried at that time to change rooms. However since I used Marriott points to book the room, their system would not allow a change. Seems strange that a loyalty customer would be penalized for using the loyalty program. Fully intend to bring that complaint back to BonVoy having been a member since the 1990’s. Other than that hotel is ok. I still prefer Hilton brands. Not likely to return despite limited options in this area.

I have been loyal to Hilton properties for a while now, but recently not so much. This SPRINGHILL Suites is spotless, the rooms are much larger and bathrooms roomier as well. Everything this place is, Hilton’s have not been. The bedding here is top notch and not scratchy. Very impressed and will definitely seek out SPRINGHILL Suites when traveling. Breakfast was also above average! This is a spot we would definitely return to now that we have family in town.

Very clean. I am pretty picky about my hotels and this one was very clean and did not smell at all. The hotel and rooms were modern and updated. There was not a lot of parking but we still found a spot even when we came back late at night and I felt safe in the neighborhood this hotel was located in.

I am surprised that the majority of people rated this hotel with 4 or 5 stars. That was not my experience. First of all, every time I took a shower the bathroom literally flooded. The glass of the shower wall did not meet up with the bathroom wall, so there was a gap, allowing water to flow all over the bathroom floor. My husband had to keep taking towels from the pool and fitness rooms to keep sopping it all up. Second of all, ants. Yes, in the bathroom. I see little moving black spots on the floor. Taking a closer look, there are ants in the bathroom. Third of all, the room was not clean. There was hair on the bathroom floor and on the nightstands. Fourth of all, the pillows were so limp I needed three of them to prop my head up. Fifth of all, the buffet breakfast. The pans were not kept full. The bacon was greasy. The coffee tasted burnt. And my husband saw a guest drop a piece of bread on the floor, then put it back on the buffet tray! Never, never, never again.

We booked a block of 25 rooms for our son's wedding at this hotel. We were very, very pleased with the rooms, the comments from our guests about the plentiful and restocked breakfast each day and the price. Jasmine, the Director of Sales was very helpful, polite, efficient and friendly. We dropped off "welcome gift bags" for each of the rooms and she personally made sure they were delivered. I called many times with questions and Jasmine always took the time to help. We arranged for bus transportation and the hotel graciously provided details to our guests when they asked for information. The weekend was exceptional and we thank all of the staff for their care and attention to details.

Our room was a nice size, clean and quiet. Very rarely could we hear anything from outside our room. The bed was soft and extremely comfortable. We got a great night's sleep! I was a little concerned about road noise since this hotel sits right on the edge of 44th St. But we didn't hear traffic at all! We will definitely stay here again if we need a room in Grandville.

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, very modern decor. Only downside is the pool is really small. Really enjoyed my stay and especially the free breakfast. I am totally going to stay here again. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Wonderful hotel. Front desk staff was amazing. Very modern and clean. Room was large. Would stay here again. Breakfast was good. Plenty of items to choose from. Close to shopping and lots of restaurants. The bathroom was very large. Room was quite.
