Chouette hôtel familial , un acceuille très très sympathique.....des personnes professionnelles ,souriantes, serviables ,agréables....les chambres plutôt basiques sont vites oubliées par l amabilité générale, le coin piscine très sympa ( avec ceci dit en passant,des transats confortables🫠), une bonne cuisine ,un bar sympa et une jolie vue .....je recommande.

Hotel 5 stelle dei tre stelle … camere pulite, funzionali e ben tenute . Prima colazione molto ricca e continuamente controllata dal proprietario che si occupa personalmente di rimpiazzare il mancante . Posizione dell’hotel strategica per passeggiate AI 2 LAGHI vicini, giri in bici su una ciclabile che fa un tuffo negli episodi di “Heidi “ e tipici ristoranti dove gustare il posto .. se fa troppo caldo c’è anche il tuffo in piscina da poter fare … e niente … passa a trovare la famiglia più efficiente delle infrastrutture

I was supposed to stay at this hotel from May 10 to May 11, but my flight from Israel was cancelled due to the war and the dangerous situation in the country. I informed the hotel on May 7 and explained everything in advance. Despite this, the hotel refused to provide a refund or even a voucher for future use. I believe this is extremely unfair and unreasonable given the circumstances. What’s even worse, I felt discriminated against based on my nationality. The attitude from the hotel was cold and dismissive, without any understanding or compassion. Very disappointed and strongly discourage others from booking here.

Très bien
Très bon hôtel, sur les hauteurs du lac.
Rien à redire sur l'ensemble, nous avons été bien accueillis, tout est propre, c'est calme. Notre chambre était spacieuse.
Bonus : le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bon, avec de bons produits frais.

Au calme
L’hôtel Merloni possède un grand parking et est entouré d’espaces verts. Il est au calme. Très bon accueil et personnel nombreux. La chambre est grande et le lit confortable. La salle de bain est pratique, sauf la douche qui manque d’un support ou une tablette pour déposer son savon. A l’extérieur une belle et grande piscine. Le petit déjeuner est varié avec des produits frais. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel.

Great little place to stay and beautiful views
This is great little hotel with really friendly staff who were super helpful and cheerful. The hotel was built in the 90s it’s not super up to date but it’s clean tidy and well maintained so if u don’t mind a bit of dates decor then this is great little place to stay beautiful views relaxed and a good breakfast. We used the bus and so long as u don’t mind waiting for the bus you will be fine.

“Excellent Service”
This was the second time I had stayed at the hotel recently, and it did not disappoint again.
The service from all the staff was excellent, who were very efficient in everything they did.
I would not hesitate to stay at the hotel in the future, should the need arise.
