I am following up on Brian L's review of July 2022. At least he received a letter from a lawyer after inquiring about the remaining balance in July. After all they had already closed their doors on July 1. I have yet not received anything from a lawyer or management ( Ginny and Tom). Also unlike Brian, I also don't have a PDF form to make a claim to the money I have lost. To make it worse they are back in business next year and haven't taken care of their old business to people like me before hand. After all we were to be there in 4 days, 8/7. They have a small resort with a small number of rooms and had to know this was coming, but couldn't have reached out to a few dozen people? How hard could that be? I will guarantee I could not trust them in the future. If they couldn't take care of old business before moving to newer money? I bet you I won't see any of the money collected from the recent liquidation sale a couple of weekends ago. My wife and I visited 10 years ago and can't claim to be friends like Brian L claims. But if they are/were friends and didn't give me some kinds of heads up or some kind of personal e-mail /text, I would be personally hurt. So because of my personal customer service experience, with no refund or apology in sight, buyer beware.
