The hotel is clean and staff very friendly. Nice cable TV package in room. Breakfast buffet not great but was ok. Kinda disappointed hotel was not adjacent to Patti's Settlement and within walking distance - about 10 minute drive. Hotel was very good overall.

From check in to check out, everyone was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and adequately furnished and beds were comfy. Breakfast was adequate, but yogurt, bagels, or donuts would be nice additions. Would have been nice to have some USB ports for charging electronic devices.

This was a pleasant stop on a long trip. The staff were all very friendly, the room was clean, and breakfast was good. Everything we needed was provided. I wish we had time to look around Grand Rivers. It is beautiful. We will stay here again if in the area.

The decor throughout is so homey, friendly staff and very clean room with all the amenities! Unfortunately, we had a dead battery upon leaving and AAA wanted to tow us 35 miles to install a new battery. Jenna (employee at front desk) kindly offered us a jump start and sent us to O'Reilly Auto Parts 5mi. down the road for a new battery. Had we been delayed a few hours by AAA, we would have been driving through the nasty weather (tornado, hail, rain and 70mph wind gusts that went through southern IL that day). Thanks to Jenna, we were able to be driving ahead of that awful weather. Thank you, Jenna, Debbie (general manager) and the 'behind-the-scenes' staff, for the wonderful hospitality! We will now be making Patti's Inn & Suites our overnight stay every year when traveling back north from Florida!

I love this place! It’s clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed here twice and loved both times. I’ll stay here every time I’m in the area. I forgot and left my phone charger, they saved it for me until I came back to the area. That is quality service!

Water pressure was low and the shower head was fixed and could not be adjusted. Could hear guest above you and they were very loud each morning. The room we had was a Dolly theme room which was OK but pillows were not good. Great breakfast and very clean

Everyone was very nice and helpful.
TV in the room was hard to use. The remote had a hard time commuting the Direct TV box.
