A C was dirty. Sheets looked clean. Mom checked the sheets. My moms arms were Itchywhen she woke up and bumps in a line. We thought it was mosquito bites, not thinking anything anything else. 5hrs later it spreaded. Got home just to find out it was bed bug bites!

Worst experience ever. The screen door did not close. The main door handle opened upwards not down and they didn't say anything so I stood outside of the building, in the cold trying to get in. Finally I had to get help. The room had no heat. When the nights hit freezing in the mornings, a bit of heat is needed, especially when the door to the room opens to the outside and you can see light through the cracks in the doors. They gave me a space heater. (BTW, no air-conditioning for the room either- contrary to their advertising.) It only gets worse . . . The door lock didn't work properly. It wouldnt unlock! I was locked inside the room for over an hour. The phone number on the website did not connect me to the lobby or person in charge. I had to call another hotel that shared a business owner to call someone to open the door. I got late to my event. The lock was supposed to be replaced when I returned but wasn't. When I asked for a different t room, they didn't know if I could get one. I waited another half hour and did get moved. I was promised a discounted rate for my troubles. The "discount " amounted to $4.00 per night less than the original price. I could go on, but other reviews covers the smells, disrepair, and what is called a continental breakfast. I'd sleep in my car before staying here again.

The heat was turned off for the season and it was 41 degrees! The front desk person said when she tried to turn it back on that there was a puff of smoke so she had to leave it off. The locking mechanism on my door was broken so I couldn’t get out of my room and no one at the desk answered the phone.
