It has a private entrance and is located on the second floor. Condo has open concept living room/dining room/kitchen, and has the ambiance of a wood burning fire place. This is located blocks off of Hwy 281 convenient to nearby malls/shopping, hospitals, medical offices, schools, airport and restaurants. It is also only minutes away from our charming downtown area which has many great boutiques, restaurants, bars, and our historic Grand movie theater. Convenient also to the State Fair grounds, Husker Harvest Days, and to the Crane Trust Nature & Visitor Center.

Home away from home
Definitely a home away from home while in Grand Island for a sporting event. Close to shopping for essentials that cropped up during the week and a myriad of food options. It was so nice to relax on a couch or eat take home at a table at the end of a busy day. And the quiet…to have down time in peace and quiet was restorative. Do note that this is a condo and everyone in your party should be able to climb a set of stairs. Neighbors were friendly and neighborhood safe. Host was easy to communicate with and just a lovely person. We will definitely check availability for this property when back in the area.

Great place to stay
We had a wonderful stay and the owner was super friendly and responsive to any and all questions to include making sure that I had my favorite type of coffee on hand. We also very much liked the area and local amenities near our location.

Grand Island
The host was very gracious and accommodating. We have stayed here before and always enjoy staying in her home, which is decorated beautifully and spotlessly clean. We would recommend her to anyone.

Great place to stay!

We just needed a place to sleep while attending the National Jr Hereford Expo at the State Fairgrounds. The communication with the property manager was excellent and we have no complaints. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a bathtub although it was not listed on the amenities.

Very comfortable stay.
This was a nice place to stay for my four days. It was comfortable, the kitchen was nice and the bed was comfortable.
