I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Grand Continental Kuala Terengganu. The cleanliness was good and the rooms were comfortable. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to many attractions. The service was generally good, though there is still some room for improvement. The amenities provided were also good and sufficient for a comfortable stay. Overall, it is a nice hotel for business travellers with a great location and reliable facilities.

This is a dated hotel. Throughout the whole hotel, from the lobby to the bedrooms, there is a stale smell of oldness. The staff are trying their best to help but their appears a lack of enthusiasm and passion. There is an outdoor pool but no indoor one, and this ia unmanned and quiet small for the hotel size. The doorman is friendly. Menus are repetitive after a few days. This would be a great hotel if the owners invested a little into modernising and maintenance.

The hotel is in a strategic location within the city, easy access to shopping and dining. Room was spacious but could use some refurbishment. Staff were friendly and helpful, but service speed could be improved during peak times. Good option for budget-conscious travelers who want convenience.
