Room reserved was not provided. Cot provided was unusable. Mattress on cot was all springs. Ventilation outdated and room uncomfortable. Bed hard with old bed and mattress. Will never stay at this hotel again here in Grand Forks ND or any other Ramada

The staff was very accomodating and my kids enjoyed the pool. However, during night time there were people who were so loud talking and walking in the hallway that bothered our sleep. Overall, still we liked it here & we'll choose Ramada for our next staycation.

This property was terrible. The hallway smelled like urine we had to block the cracks in the door to keep the smell out. The bathroom door did not shut. No power in outlet in the bathroom. Dirty water came out of the taps. We will never return to this hotel.
