Do NOT stay here as their business practices are garbage. I stayed for a work trip and the trip was cut short due to circumstances with work. I prepaid and had to check out early. They refused to refund the nights I was unable to use and it cost me over $1,000 out of my pocket. The place is also highly overrated and the rooms at mid rate at very best and the breakfast is sub par.

First of all, I want to say the staff is first rate! Every staff member we encountered was helpful and happy. We stayed on graduation weekend and the prices were really high, but we wanted a suite where family could visit while we were there. The bed desperately needed the mattress replaced. The side my hubby slept on had a permanent, deep indent where it looked like a very heavy person had slept. The hotel staff graciously offered to give us a different room, but we didn't want to have to pack up and move again. The flatware drawer would not open and close properly. It almost fell out on the floor when I opened it. Staff said that there were going to be renovations coming soon. Overall, the hotel is excellent and in a good area. Nice pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub. Breakfast was excellent! Lots of choices, and the egg options changed daily. Coffee was the first we had on our trip that actually had some flavor (they had a bold option). We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and quiet but uncomfortable bed
My stay was quiet and clean. However, the bed was not comfortable to me and I slept very poorly. It was a very firm mattress which caused me some pain at night.
