Modern style full-service Holiday Inn. Restaurant/bar on-site. No road noise and away from I-41. 5 minutes to ATW airport. Outstanding front desk service - all shifts. Lots of parking, Indoor pool. Usual HI amenities - coffee machine, microwave, dorm fridge, Dove products. Lots of room and great desk chair. Clean and well maintained.

Great hotel! Clean rooms and friendly staff. Carrie went above and beyond making sure we all had a pleasant stay. The rest of this review has no bearing on the hotel at all. LOVE LOVE LOVE the Holiday Inn Appleton. This was our first visit, and we were in town for an AAU basketball tournament. This place was perfect in every way. Close to the tournament venues, safe, secure, and had every amenity under the sun. We liked the bar and talking to the very personable bartender. She was awesome! The grab and go beverages in the Lobby were wonderful. Pool looked fun. Breakfast looked good, although we didn't get a chance to try it this time around. Safe, secure free parking. Great to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Loved the shower. The bed and pillows were dreamy. Very comfortable! The front desk staff were kind. We didn't think we would get housekeeping service but the room was clean when we came back from our tournament! What a nice bonus. It was a great rate at a great place. We'll be back!

Another excellent stay! We’ve been staying here since it opened almost 5 years ago and it never disappoints. We decided to try dinner in the hotel restaurant this time and it was amazing. What made it amazing was Sarah the bartender/waitress. She was accommodating to our two young children and understanding to the mess made. She was kind, sweet and very personable! The food was delicious and what was a huge bonus is that kids ate free. As always the beds and pillows were comfy and made for a great night sleep! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful as well. Thanks for another great stay, looking forward to another in the future.

Bartender tonight was very rude and condescending to a young adult well over 21. If you want to drink, go anywhere else other than this hotel. I understand asking for my ID but the attitude she gave me was very uncalled for. Quotes from the bartender: “just barely made it!” (Almost 23 years old). And other extremely rude comments with extreme sarcasm. Will not spend time here ever again.

Sara was great. The bar service was amazing! She was professional, helpful, and went above and beyond the entire night. She is very lively and always has a smile on her face. It could not have gone better. I will definitely be back knowing when I leave my day was definitely made better!

Front desk staff were always helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. The pool , and hot tub were HUGE!!! Restaurants were not always open, but when they were, I had a chance to get breakfast. The food was cooked to order, big portions, and was good.Sarah the bartender was friendly, and fun. We really enjoyed her at the bar

The pillows are great but you know what’s better was Sarah the bartender she was so nice and was always ready to fill my glass she definitely didn’t make me write this review I felt like I was at home here just drinking with my friends and having a fun time
